At Cook Inclusive, we address systemic issues facing the local disability, deaf+, queer, and neurodivergent communities through advocacy, education, and community events. Our goal is to create a fun, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training for Businesses and Non-Profits (DEI )

Inclusive Organization Consulting and Disabled Hiring Program Development

  • An evaluation of your organizations current inclusive efforts, policies and practices. Assessment and evaluation to inform new action items to create a safe and affirming work environment for all.

  • Access to online and in-person diversity, equity and inclusion trainings with our founder, Kaleb Cook, an expert in the DEI field.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities Resource Fair
Join us on December 3rd for a disability community resource fair, panel discussion of lived experience and state of union regarding changes in state funded services for the disability community.

Impact + Results

We assess the effectiveness of our advocacy and education services through surveys and participation metrics at each event and program. In collaboration with over 40 local nonprofit organizations, we strive to fulfill our mission and provide a sense of belonging and community support. We have developed Likert-scaled surveys used at our person-centered client meetings to quantify our educational impact.

Community Engagement

Through strong community partnerships, we engage a higher level of participants, rally more support, and better serve our historically marginalized communities in the Roaring Fork Valley. Our events engage over 4000 people annually and serve many more through our LGBTQIA+ programs and Pride Festival.
