What is therapeutic recreation?

We provide recreational activities to under-represented communities to help build a sense of community, belonging and help stay connected with fellow community members in the roaring fork valley.

Cook Inclusive Available Services

Join ASL Roaring Fork and Cook Inclusive every Wednesday at 6:30PM at Blue Bird Cafe in Glenwood Springs for free coffee and community with your local queer and Deaf+ community. Thanks to the generous sponsorship by AspenOUT this service is provided free of charge. 


In partnership with PFLAG Roaring Fork and AspenOUT we will be providing free climbing nights for queer and disabled youth at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. Offered 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month from 5:30PM-6:30PM. All are welcome!!

Join our partners for a day of free respite for kids living with disabilities and their parents at the Jewish Community Center in Aspen, CO. Kids will participate 1-1 with a volunteer in a variety of inclusive and adaptive recreation programs while parents are given the opportunity to connect with each other!
